It wasn't an attack lol. Though I didn't realize you knew from what you wrote. I read it as you double checking. My mistake here then. Maybe I too have a reading disability like the others.

EDIT: I had a snide comment, but the answer is yes, you can rematch in the non-ranked matches.

Maybe it's a feature enabled in later models, then. Or, as someone said, only in effect for VGA users. Cause here's what mine says:

Note: I have my X360 connected via Component cables, running at 1080i.

Hmmmk, but the screen clearly says it only affects output at 480p. So.........it shouldn't affect your output since you're running at 1080i? I have this option too and I tried it but noticed no difference on my 720p display.

The video options for: Standard, Intermediate and Extended are VGA options, if you are using component you don't see those options.

Thanks for the replys Electric Leo.
Your posts answered pretty much everything I want to know about the game.

When we played, there was no rematch option in player matches. We double checked, because we were so annoyed. Also, make sure both player 1 and 2's buttons are both configured, cos when online you switch between the two.

Sorry for not using your name, Steve /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

I use a wired connection via a router. I'm not sure about port forwarding but my natas are open (according to Halo 3). I definitely couldn't tell you more than that, my tech knowledge is ultra-low tier.

Riiiiiggghhhhttttt. So Dojo mode has about a million options. I didn't realise the scope of the task ahead of me when I said I'd write them all down. So, change of tactic - ask me if a specific state can be set, and I will endeavour to set that state.

One thing I didn't mention that I should have. The sound has been improved. On Lau's stage, you can just hear the crowds in the background. I'm just running a stereo set up, though with ace speakers, and even then I get a much better sense of where I am than with the PS3 version.

This must be the case. I run at 1080p through VGA. Colors and picture quality look better than component if you use extended. Night and day difference compared to before they did the update and added it.

ElectricLeo: You don't have to say what all the possible combinations are. Just give us an idea of what the dojo categories are for the options.

You dont have to let it settle anywhere, you can go into ANY arcade and fight ANY opponent on the map and you'll get 10 item matches in a row.So once you see the Sega Balloon you could go to one of the beginner/novice arcades and fight low ranks to get easy items then rinse and repeat.

Same here, I prefer VGA over Component By Far... I had to play Halo 3 on VGA cause the game looked soo much better.

But when I play games normally I use component, cause my computer is in Dual Screen mode so I have to use the VGA port on my computer and component for my 360.

When I get VF5 I'm definitely playing it in VGA.

It appears to go over the top of each arcade. Be waiting at the arcade you wish to enter and go in as it passes over you.

Leo on the ps3 version of VF5 in training mode under CPU settings there are 4 options : Action settings, State, reaction, and health bar settings. These are the options under each of them.

    Action settings

    - Don't move
    - Level 1-5
    - Controller

    State

    - Standing, Crouching, Jumping

    Reaction

    - Normal Hit
    - Nuetral
    - Counter Hit
    - Defensive move back/front
    - Guard
    - Counter attack 1-9

    Health Bar Settings

    Type A-B

Are there any extra in the 360 version?

Also under detail in cpu settings there are : Turning around, throw escapes, Getting up, rising attacks, rising speed, recovery from falls, stagger recovery.

    Turning Around

    - Turn in place
    - Attack
    - move away and turn
    - couch and turn
    - Turn back/front

    Throw escapes

    - Yes/No/Random

    Getting up

    - In place
    - Side roll front/back
    - Back roll
    - random

    Rising Attacks

    - Mid/Low/Random

    Rising speed

    - Slow/Normal/Fastest/Random

    Recovery From Falls

    - None
    - In place
    - Side roll back/front
    - Random

    Stagger recovery

    - Normal/Fastest/Random

The same question for this as well.

Hey there. I'm one of the Shun players.

Actually there is a rematch option but not in Ranked Match. In Player Match if you create a private room and invite someone on your friend's list, then you will get a "Play again" option. If you both select it, then you are set.

So if you're wanting to play with a specific local friend over and over, player match, private room, is the way to go.

I will do so, too. Not only that you get a sharp output, but VF5 also runs in real 4:3 if you wish so, which is great because I got a 22" CRT monitor (that I normally use for graphic editing).
