VF EVO BATTLE:Warriors Unite -The Road to Absolution-18th Dec-21st Dec

Well I've signed up now, I thought you could just turn up and register?
Anyone know the format of the tourny, 1 day qualifying, one day for knockouts etc? (how many days in theory would you need to attend to reach the knockout's quarter's?)

1/can you sleep at the tournament place ,and when no do you know any cheap places?
2\do you play vf on a projector?

ah..yeah....what optimusomega mentioned, i would like to know the dates for qualifying and knockout rounds(if i make it that far, lol). i have to work on thursday & friday, and will take a day off if i need to. thx.

 

i dont think or hope they dont use a projector!
as with like 95% of projectors these days it has picture prosesing an stuff that makes it at least 10frames up to 50 frames out of sincq!! as with tvs with 100hz prosessing!
anyways if they do hav a projector its better if it just for peeps to watch on an they play on RGB display as that directly accesses the electron gun in the CRT of a tv!
so thats the fastest u will get
better then s-video an about 800 nano sec better then componant input!
i could go on about joysticks as well but cant be bothered!

VF has risen from last to 2nd place for signups thanks to those double entries /versus/images/graemlins/laugh.gif.

 

oh boy, i just realized that if it's on a sunday, i might not be able to make it... /versus/images/graemlins/confused.gif

just my luck...

 

Thursday and Friday are sign up days and Saturday is qualifying for all games. Sunday only comes in to it if you qualify from Saturday.

This 100% confirmed? In that case I'll be working on thurs and fri,
guess we just turn up on the sat and maybe the sun if you qualify then.

If you can't make the qualifying still come on the Sunday for non tourni challenges /versus/images/graemlins/wink.gif PS2 =free!

How many setups will vf4evo have? I'm sure no one wants to queue in a 30men line for a go /versus/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

 

not gonna make it im afraid, work fri, sat plus my pais been really bad these days, xbox star wars KOTOR taking up to much of my time. i might turn up for non tourney matches but probably last till late like last tourney

uh the point of sign up days is so they can confirm all the entrants and format the tourneys around thatits not about having everyone show up 100 people and make them all wait 5 hours on the spot for the tourney, theyll figure it out overnight so the thing can roll on the saturday.
