It would put the focus on better fundamentals like punch low punch elbow throw. And a huge advantage to those that know alot of characters. So choose your opponents character carefully

 

Oh i totally agree. Besides Lion and El Blaze, I also play Wolf and Goh(Goh is so cool to play!).
