San Diego Virtua Fighter Competition!

SD scene is basically just down to Paul and I. Sebo went back up north and AY is going through one of his "responsibility phases" (as if we all don't have them and still find time for vf pffffft)..

Mark or Tenchi, if you guys ever want to get together to play, hit me or SolFizz up! We play most weekends.

Cool news about the cabinet..

 

I guess I'm gonna have to come back for winter break in some way.

Maybe Thanksgiving as well.

Dude man I wish I could chill at Plagues house again with all the VF heads. Those we some damn good times. It just so happened that I decided to check the boards after all this time simply because I saw the VF machine at Mission Vally Tilt. To my surprise now is the greatest time to be at Plagues place.

I can't afford the trip up, I'm broke! I got work, bills, etc. (You guys know the drill). Otherwise I would have planned to be there all week.

Hey Sweep and Solfizz i'll definitely hit you guys up when everything calms down on my end. I'm looking forward to getting back into VF.

I figured it would be you, Paul. Haha. I do remember you mentioning you were still in the scene. I'm down for some VF5 on my lunch break. Since I've been pretty tied up otherwise I wouldn't mind spending my lunch break at the arcade.

I am actually only work about a mile away from Mission Valley Mall. So let me know whenever you're planning on going. My phone is currently broken so you'll have to post in advance or really early for me to catch it.

I'm down to play more or less every day but AY is constantly busy, Paul has work and then martial arts almost every day, Sebo moved north, Tekken dudes are busy or don't want to play, etc...It's hard to stay excited about a game when you have no one to play against! /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif

When VF5 comes out on 360, hopefully I can get some games with ya'll to test the latency within the local area.

For Tekken, it's really good, just was curious about VF5 online, I hope the netcode is better.

I wish I could come out and play VF more...

 

Yo, this is DancingFighterG. What up guys!! The NVGA has just opened up a new chapter out there. We are very excited about and our chapter leader out there Jason Chavez, I don't know if anyone of you have met him yet, but he is a cool guy and knows a lot about the gaming community. He is a tekken player in heart but he also plays a lot of FPS and other fighting games. If you get a chance hook up with him. He just moved there a couple of months ago.

 

DFG - what is his email? I'll invite him to our lil' gathering this weekend.

 

He's on TZ a lot, his username is Engima420... not sure on his email though...

 

Final SoCal PS3 gathering in SD!

Well not to spoil the suprise but according to Dustin he is planning a gathering for at his place on Oct. 26th. He moved to a new place so the parking and space should be better or at least I hope lol.

I will do my best to try to make it as I promised, I do like the San Diego area. LA_Akira also said he will be going down there so mad fun stuff coming up!

I hope I get to meet all you SD players if you guys (Paul, Aaron, TypeTenchi, ummm random Tekken dudes?) before the 360 version hits.

Hope also that some socal players will come down as well to repay SD for all the great visits they have given us.
