    I doubt that'll ever make it's way to the home version.

    Those "poses" are actually short animations. In the arcades in Japan, you can piece together your own intro animation which is played during the character select screen.

    I believe the official virtuafighter.jp site had a video for download demonstrating this feature on the VF terminal.

    Anyone know if Aoi still has her hoods, Kabuki wigs, and blond high ponytail from VF4; as well as the ogre mask? Haven't come accross any of these yet.

    Total thanks for the postings. This really helps me out in what is in the game and what's not. I don't know why it even matters, I don't own a PS3 or the game. Oh well. Thanks none the less.

    i think i almost got 100% of what shun can get outside of items won in tournaments, what's left in the store, and whatever comes with ranks. in a sentence: no more vs mode goodness.

    ugh, you can't see these new "poses" in the home version.

    They're an arcade-only feature, and the poses are actually pre-fight animations which are shown on the character select screen (i.e. they're not in game!).

    Unless you live in Japan and go down to the arcade, or someone in Japan caps a movie showing it, there's no way for you to see it. The movie rendering service provided by VF.Net never shows the character select screen, which is why 99% of the people here don't know about and haven't seen it.
