Confirmation

I'm NYC right now (staying at a friend's place in Ridgewood) and will be arriving at the hotel sometime Thursday evening... Let me know what's going on!

adam iam going although i dont know where iam going yet though. bringing 3 friends on friday to help the cause.

 

I'll be heading up to the hotel tommarow with a friend. What floor of the hotel are you guys going to be on and what part of the day is best to come? I'm looking for some casual play and I dont wanna trek all the way from jersey to meet a ghosted hotel hehe /versus/images/graemlins/grin.gif

 

Hotel directions

Hey Super G, I live in Ridgewood. Problem is, I'm in Long Beach, Long Island at my friends house right now. I'll be back in the area early tomorrow.
How are you getting to the hotel? I prolly know a shortcut on the subway there that you might not be aware of. Take the L train to Lorimer and transfer to the G heading to Queens. Take the G to 4 stops. [can't remember the name of the station] Exit the station for a free transfer to the 7 line, its right outside. Then take the 7 train 4 stops towards Flushing I believe. When I get home, I'll get better directions tomorrow. PM me if you like.

 

adam , I would like to confirm. I am in manhattan holdin down chinatown fair. I'm working late-night both thursday and friday and probably won't be free until early saturday morning. Is the event at the hotel?

 

I will do a little practice in Chinatown Fair today... And practice with you guys tomolo if I pass by. Anyway, what am I going to use in the tournament? Arcade stick or PS controler?

One more thing, what is the room number again?

Slight dilemna,

We are staying with the the Ohio crew, and they aren't gettng there until possibly as late as midnight. We planned on getting there earlier. Problem is , the room is in their name, and we won't be able to get in until they arrive later in the night. Is there anywhere in the hotel or anyone we can meet up with to play VF until the Ohio crew gets there?

 

What floor is everyone going to be on in the holiday inn on Hunters point. And when is too late / early to come. Or a better question would be is when is the best time to show up for some casual play?

Sorry to all. Sadly, things didn't work out well for me, and I won't be able to leave tomorrow. I am very upset for my whole situation now and the fact that I won't be able to be at the tourney..

Huge props to everyone who will attend to the event.
