You know I do have two copies. Still if the game is at the right price i'll get a digital version.

A few things that can make this a positive

1) More people that will play the game
2) No need to use a disc anymore... easy access to the game at
anytime
3) Nice sales that open up SEGAs eyes for a VF5R console release

I agree with you Brisal, but in fact we can install the entire games into the hard drive. I'm curious why is VF5? Does that mean SEGA still consider this series on console seriouly? This is a good way for SEGA to expend its marketing but to be honest it's useless for most VF fans here...

VF5 On Demand.

According to this SEGA is releasing VF5 on Demand for Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan and singapore.

More love for the west on hold until said appointed time.

In my XBOX360 I play the following Games:

VF5
HD Remix
SF4

Now, since VF5 and SF4 are both disc based, I must swap the discs to play either game.

If I get VF5 downloadable and I leave the SF4 disc on the console, I can play all my games without getting closer to the game console.

So my answer is YES, I will buy VF5 DL version.

VF5 finally came out on Xbox 360 U.S. Games on Demand $19.99.
Hopefully it means a sequel will be coming [IMG]

It actually came out on demand back in September. Don't think it's worth posting on IPW and SRK as a result.

Still, good looking out with the notice.

EDIT: I lied lol. I just remembered it being announced last month, thinking it was out then. Glad to see them make a final push for sales on it, and glad to see them test the waters more with downloadable content.

I doubt we'll get any favours from SEGA anytime soon anyway...

Sorry for the confusion, didn't mean for items or updates, just happy to see them trying out sales through downloadable means instead of solely in store. Even though I know they've put classic SEGA titles up for download and some other lesser titles.

I'd be a lot more interested if it was VF5R or VF5:FS for download.

SEGA is truly a bunch of hybrid jerk-offs and assholes (as Bloodstain would say -- Yeah Tony!!!)

It's just beyond weak for them to deny us any new versions and then try pawn off a digital copy of the same old game instead of the either of the newer versions we've been asking for for years, literally years...

I bought and downloaded Borderlands instead.
