Future DLC?

I'd like some VF1/VF2 low polygon style items and levels, like a VF2 head for Lion for example.

The ability for those without the DLC, to be able to see other peoples customisations, could possibly have helped DLC sales, something which I would like to see implemented, although I dont know whether its possible from a business standpoint.

At the moment playing for fun seems aimless, as there isn't anything to unlock or achieve really. Some crazier stuff would make things more interesting for me personally. I would really like to see a debug menu kind of feature, allowing you to alter gameplay, adding features from other games like fighting vipers, which combined with the items could make it seems like a completely different game.

Some spikeout themed items would be appreciated too...

I doubt any of this will happen though...

 

I do believe that the lack of a Quest/Kumite mode was a huge mistake. Sure, getting rank offline vs the CPU is pointless, but it atleast gives you something to aim for offline. Especially since the online world seems to be dying down a bit.

However, for the few that remain online, it's still fun. Just wish it would last a bit longer...

I couldn't see any picture/avatar packs either, just the old VF5 ones. Some sort of new character addition, ideally from Shenmue would be a pretty big deal, albeit probably a massively unrealistic one at this stage. I'd say maybe some more music options from other, older SEGA games, but I do that anyway via usb and the 360 music player (RED OUT)

I agree with this. The item limit is stupid to me. You payed for the DLC, you should be able to put on, what you want, as long as it doesn't clash together.

 

I think the item limitation is more of a hardware limitation. Alot of characters online already have a lot of stuff going on with there costumes. Imagine adding more crap on top of large headresses, cat paws, flowing traditional japanese Gi, and random fucking lights attached everywhere. The frame rate would probably suffer, or it would take two days for the game to actually load.

Seeing what people have been able to make with the limited amount of items available and a 10 point limit, I am both frightened and intrigued by what folks would make with complete freedom.

 

When that new xbox comes out with 2 graphics chips a update should be pushed out only affecting those who got it removing the item limit.

 

1. Character Intros - I can see this as more a patch to those who bought customization pack/bundles
2. More Customization Items - Maybe a special bundle or Version B pack/bundle?
3. Retro VF1/2 3D Graphics
4. Add more Special characters in Special Sparring - I was thinking Sega could have a Special Sparring Tournament. Top 20+ players added to SS mode
5. Rematch option in rank... okay thats more patch than DLC, but FS needs a Rank rundatback option
6. Stage Customization - Awww... Yeah
7. Win Pose Customization - We can Dream
8. Youtube Replay uploads
9. Custom Comments - Like how vanilla VF5 has
10. Customization Preview Pack - So players who dont have all or any custom packs can still see others customizations

 

actually there is no rematch options to stop level grinding

Tell me why this game doesn't have VF4Evo music? fail that should be a DLC

 

There are a few VF4E themes in the game. Set it to VF1 for Shun/Lion/Vanessa/Lei-Fei's Evo themes and set it to VF2 for Aoi's Evo theme. For the rest of the cast, you're outta luck.

 

I want quest mode and/or offline ranking,I mean I still play the game alot but it would be nice
to have a goal,a reason to play.
