crushing opponent rising attack with lei

I was watching some toob vids and i seen someone use koko /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif to crush a rising attack. Ive also used nehan /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif (difficult to time lol)

 

they r both hard to time seriously i tried 2k from kokoshiki on a mid rising(works best with a little bit of distance)

 

something funny to try out... and a Lot of people fall for it. if you go into sleeper stance and press g, youll become immune to those rising attacks (after about a second), theyll wiff and you can just rise attack them during their recovery frames.

also im pretty sure that with koko you can sabaki either of them if you time it right... lows are MUCH easier to time though, seems like the timing window for the low sabaki is pretty forgiving. this is pretty convenient considering that 66kg from neutral will often hit at the end of juggle sessions.

if youre looking for pure force to beat em out because youre a master of timing, 66 k is probably the most damaging option. you can easily get about half their lifebar to evaporate with some pretty simple combos.
