World Stage. is looking like its going to be. the best. Virtua Fighter. game. ever made. For the first time. in a while. I'm. super excited just to start the game up.

World stage. is. a tour de force. for. the. VF fans. that are interested in offline. and casual play. Its. an absolute. masterpiece.

As. everyone on this forum knows, I hate the hit sparks. that were added. to. VF5 Ultimate Showdown. Those hit sparks. are in world stage too. But. they've added so much. amazing content and fun content. that. I am going to play the game. even though I'm disappointed by this one aspect. I wish they could have added. a. option to turn special effects. off. But even if. no such option ever comes. World Stage. is. shaping up to be my favorite. Virtua. Fighter of all time.

World stage mode is great.

My only critic, the mode should search with the confirmation of the player for online rank matches in the background (return to the ws mode after the match).

That kind of feature is obvious in 2025 and allow to grow up the online player population (always busy and available with this option). The client is ps4 era so maybe is because of technical matter but it feels like a miss opportunity.

May be it's not too late if people ask for in the Virtua fighter official discord request channel.

I myself rarely do rank but i know it would be good for the game.

Ps : Oh, i wonder, can we fight Masterpoo bot in World stage :] ?

 

I think one thing that's missing in World Stage is the orb collecting from VF5 vanilla and VF4 EVO.
Other than that, no complaints here. They should really consider adding Siba and Dural's secret stage.
