   I'm looking for the OST of Virtua Fighter 2 stages without the annoying background sounds you can hear at the beginning and randomly over the track. Preferably in better quality than Youtube.

   Sega have put all Virtua Fighter soundtracks on Google play and Spotify. I'm assuming they're on the apple equivalent too. The VF2 soundtrack is clean with no character voices.
