What exactly is a flow chart?

Can anybody answer that question and give me a quick example? Thanks

 

A flowchart is a description of an offensive setup, basically.

Like Akira can use /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif to start a lot of offensive flow or /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif

Like wise there are many unique flowcharts to stance characters.
