Versus City minor upgrade to ver 5.5.1

Just a few minor bug fixes:

[*]Fixed a stripslashes bug under certain installations.
[*]Fixed the markup code so an image markup tag can reside inside a url markup tag.
[*]Fixed a bug with the image markup tag and editing posts.
[*]Fixed a bug with Recent Posts in past 48 hours link.

Also updated is the Chinese translation.
