Using a VSHG stick on a 360?

I've never been into arcade sticks for consoles; most of the time, the regular controllers work fine for me (such as with Soul Calibur and Dead or Alive). But after getting Virtua Fighter 5 Online, I am considering picking up one to play with, mainly so I can potentially go out and play in arcades. However, again, I am quite new to arcade sticks. But from what I've seen, the VSHG seems to be the best arcade stick (non-custom) for the PlayStation 3. I've seen it, and I like it. Looks nice, elegant, and simple. Nothing fancy, but from what I've read, it works very well.

But, since I don't want to buy an arcade stick for both systems, is there a way to use this controller on the Xbox 360? This is, without noticeable flaw. A converter or something? If it causes lag, then forget about it. Not going to even bother. But if there's a good converter or method to use this stick, please share. Or if there's possibly a stick that's similar and works with both consoles out of the box?

 

This is, by far, the best answer. Buy HG. Have it modded to work for both systems. The stick is really that good, it's worth the initial price + modding. If I buy X360 - I will have both my HGs modded this way.

 

Ok i have a VSHG and I want it modded to do EXACTLY what is mentioned above. i have no experience doing this and would royally make a mess of it?

I will pay someone a nice chunk of money to do this for me. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

 

I'm in a similar boat with focusflute. I don't have experience with this kinda stuff. So how much would it cost to get this done? And how easy is it to get done?
