Subtitling the VF 10th Anniversary DVD

Since I'm looking for something to work on, I've taken on translating this special retrospective on the history of the VF community. The content involves a lot of interviews, so it's going to be somewhat challenging. If anyone out there is a skilled speaker of Japanese and wants to act as a consultant for any questions or phrases I get stuck on, I'd appreciate it; I need as much help as I can get.

I'll also need anyone who's had fansub experience timing, typesetting, and encoding releases. I can do those myself in a pinch, but it'd be much better if someone who's familiar with that stuff did it.
