Sarah's Vision Spheres

As far as I can tell I have all the items execpt for the graduation glasses(?) the bullet wrist band the joke glasses and the 7-ball necklace. I have gotten the normal vision sphere item and currently have a whole set of sphere's but they just sit there on the top of my screen. I have all 7 but it didn't give me any of the item's I don't have, is ths supposed to happen or is something wrong with my game?
