Sarah`s Flash Piston Punch (B)/(C)

what`s the difference between those two?

 

well, the flash piston punch(c) ends with a right straight instead of the quick upper...

which leaves me to ask: what is the difference between the fpp(a) and the fpp(b)? /versus/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
they have the same animation and both do 30 damage, so is it frame advantage? if it is then its miniscule... or do i stand to be corrected?
