PS2 Converter V Dual Shock Issue

Okay, I am using these converters: (2 of them)

After turning the analog on, the dual shocks work. However, there is one issue: all the face buttons have shifted clockwise one button... So when I press the [] button it reads it as /\, if I press the /\ button it reads it as O, if I press the O button it reads it as X, and if I press the X button it reads it as O.

Its a simple problem, but it can be troublesome during tournaments. Has anyone else experiences this issue with these or other adaptors?
