problem with some quest

I can't do this quest : Dodge-Triple-Throw-Escape 5 times - Quest Order 4 at Arcade D, and Perform Double Throw Escape-Guard 10 times in Arcade H. what exactly I must to do whit this throws? please help.

 

1 dodge - you need to input or when the opponent is attacking

2 throw escape - enter a throw command (only one direction, not Akira's +, just + fx)

3 now enter two more throw escapes

4 do this very quick, and five times

(5 at the end, when it says "guard", hold down the guard button after the throw escape(s))

(tip: try it in training first)
