Looking for Custom xbox360 stick builder

Hey guys I'm looking for a quote on how much it would be to make a stick for the 360 for me from scratch. I'm debating currently between trying to build my own or having someone build it if I can find someone. I'm basically going to compare the prices of getting it done for me or doing it myself with knowledge that I might fuck it up and waste cash.
