Lion's Black outfit?

Does anyone know when you get the option to select Lion's black outfit? Is it 10th dan? or even higher?

i might be wrong but you have to be in the general area of hero/champion ranking. thats when i got the black outfit. if not it might be a little after that but i doubt it.

 

when you get to champion you get the black outfit
