   + combos:
   
   1. (closed stance) ~ +
   2. (open stance) ~ +
   3. (any stance) +
   4. (closed stance, up to Jacky)
   5. (closed stance, up to Lau)
   
   The stance requirement is after the + hits, that's when you should be checking stance IMO.
   
   Combo 1 and 2 should be your staple agianst all characters, and whenever in doubt, just do combo 3.
