Is 4 P+K+G(MeiShouHo) Vital

Is ++(MeiShouHo) vital b/c I never see people use it online and does it leave you open and how much is it on block

 

It makes for a great mixup and it has a few good advantages. It can avoid attacks if the distance is right and Pai can attack backturned from it afterwards or do the specific attacks that follow it normally.
