I am in need of help

I am new to playing virtua fighter! I can use some advice on what strategies to use because mine sucks and i keep getting destroyed by benning button mashers. Please help me.

 

Alot of ppl would've been willing to help you but you'll have to either be more specific or just look around, there's tons and tons of info on the site, not to mention a pretty solid training mode in the game itself. Heck you didn't even post which character(s) you play with or plan on playing with. C'mon now a little effort won't hurt.
