Got confirmation for byoc for VF5US.
The tournament is BYOC, EVO is only providing monitors. So we're going to need to provide setups.

So scheduling is going on. Since there's three convention days now what days would the people going want the tournament to be on? Fri Sat or Sun?

Will this be streamed? If yes then what channel?

Streaming for BYOC this year is iffy because there's no wifi at the convention center. Someone is going to attempt to bring a 5g hotspot drop but we have no idea if it's going to work cause cell network at the LVCC is usually crushed from the amount of people.

The date and time of the tourney is still TBD, it's a place holder for now.

An update to this: I need to wait for GGXXACPR to get scheduled (that's a community showcase game) and make sure I don't collide with that cause I needa do things for that too.

Random stage, on loss you can pick stage or character, but if you switch char stage is randomed.

We’re in the need for setups. I can bring 2 ps4 pros, but will need monitors w/speakers. Can anyone help? I’d be able to do this all, but I’m flying in from Hawaii. Ideally, we could use a total of 4 setups for the weekend.

Before and after the event, I can loan a pair of ps4s to whoever wants to do room/byoc/suite matches, and need them back by Sunday. Lmk!

I think I ended up going in 2015 too? But didn't play as much VF that time.
