Actually, the list shows all his unlockable items. All the rest of the items can be purchased in the Quest Store. If I missed any unlockable items please let me know. I achieved the 100% item achievement and had to manually look up all the items and check which items weren't sold in the store. I may have made an error somewhere.

I'd be happy to edit my list to correct any errors .
