Aoi VF5.b -> FS changes?

Hey guys,
sorry to make a topic but I'm gonna have to start practicing soon.

Basically, a guy from our FGC has challenged me to a FT10 €100 money match because he wants to expose me as a fraud

Now, I possibly AM a fraud But that doesn't mean I can't give it my best shot!

So if you could help me get back into the game (because I'm gonna be hella rusty), what should I be practicing, what should I watch out for, what should I try to remember for FS that's not in ver.B?

I also see VF4 Evo is on PSN, do you think I should download it for the training mode?
