? About equipping Kumite items

When i go to load my file, it says I have 3 items. It will only let me equip the hemp cap. Weapon, etc says I don't have any items. I think I've also won a walkie talkie and a crossbow. Do I need to be a certain level before using them ? I'm only on 2nd Kao. TIA

 

I assume you're playing Vanessa - many of her items can only be equipped on the 1P or 2P color outfit (not both). Try switching to 2P side and seeing what you can do.
