Hmm... Sega just trademarked "Sega Cyclone Development Kit." If it's new arcade hardware, a new VF won't be far behind.

To be fair, though, VF3 is easily the most complicated game in the series.
If you're a VF fan, you really have no excuse for not being at the Shenmue Kickstarter page. Shenmue I/II used a simplified VF3 engine!
