Question, so how do ppl become Star Players in the Arcade and how do they lose they're Star players status? Is it dependent on their W/L?
IIRC, they are invited to SEGA-sponsored tournaments (being a Star player pretty much means being sponsored by SEGA). There, the Star Player battle it out with the invitees and only 10 will be able to be Star Players. Current Star Players could lose their Star Players to someone else in that tournament (that's how YOU lost his Star Player status around 2011'ish).
