Comparison of Online VF5REVO Match Activity between North America and Asia
An assumption about VF is that there are more players/activity in Japan than other regions. At least with a small sample size of VF5REVO online matches--Asia compared to North America--that does not seem to be true. There is a difference on which mode, players at the top of the in-game ranking boards preferred to play though. The data is from 102 accounts at the top of the in-game ranking boards of Asia & North America region as of May 1, 2025. Why 102 instead of just 100? Because it took a while to collect the data and players position on board jumped around!

In Asia, majority of the accounts (101) sampled play more rank mode games than room mode games. Only one account played more room matches than rank matches. In North America, 36 out of 102 accounts played more room matches than rank matches.
