I see my problem. I assumed 3k in General was close in tot, but I was sorely mistaken. Sarah nets +16, brad +17, but Eileen is the same as brads, so weight isn't a issue, but looking at wolf his tot is in the 50's.
Yep, so the key thing that all of this relies on is the disadvantage at which you evade (ensuring you buffered properly, otherwise you waste frames), and the total frames of the attack you're evading.
As you found, not everyone's 3K has the same total frames, so that effects how much advantage you end up with even though you evaded at the same disadvantage.
No worries! BTW, I like the conversion tool idea -- might build that into the command list!
